The “Beautifully Worn Life” series began when cutting out images and text from a reclaimed 1960’s Life magazine, I was drawn to the scraps of page edge pieces.  When pieced together the strips revealed varying shades of blush pearl.  Using a background of pages edges with a hue earned by the passage of time, I use text and images to tell a new story and draw attention to the beauty of a life lived.
